"Fit was a little off"
I ordered my usual size, but it ended up fitting tighter than I expected. It’s not unwearable or anything, just not as accurate as I hoped. Feels like a preventable issue if the sizing info was a bit clearer. Delivery was fine, but I’d probably size up next time.

The site looks legit enough and the information was mostly easy to follow, but I still came away feeling a little unsure about whether I could fully trust it. I also kind of felt brushed off when I wanted more reassurance, which didn’t help. It’s not terrible or anything, but I’d definitely double-check everything before making a bigger purchase.

"Super easy exchange, honestly"
I had to swap a top for a different size and, i was kind of expecting it to be a bit of a hassle, but it really wasn’t. I emailed them, they got back to me quickly, and then the new one was sent out with no weird back-and-forth or drama. Just really straightforward, which is always nice because some stores make exchanges feel way harder than they need to be

"Kind of confirmed what I expected"
I tried using the website on my phone it was frustrating. I already had a feeling it might be a bit clunky, and it definitely didn’t prove me wrong. The menus were slow, the filters didn’t really behave the way I expected, and even finding basic info took way longer than it should have. It feels like the site could really use a clean-up.

"It got fixed eventually, but the wait was annoying"
I had an issue with my order the wait for a reply was the most frustrating part. I kept checking for a response and it just took longer than I expected, which was annoying. Once they finally got back to me, they were polite and did sort it out, so I’ll give them credit for that. But yeah, the slow reply was a bit of a pain, and it really could’ve been handled quicker. It wasn’t a terrible experience in the end, but the waiting definitely dragged it down

I had to send my order back and, if I’m honest, I was fully expecting the usual drawn-out refund situation where you wait around for ages and end up checking your emails every day, but it was actually sorted way quicker than I thought.
The money was back in my account within a few days, with no chasing, no awkward back and forth, and no hassle at all, so I was genuinely impressed and I’d happily give them 5 stars for making it that easy.

I ordered from robinsnest.com.au expecting the usual wait, but it actually showed up quicker than I thought. The tracking was easy enough to follow and the parcel was packed well enough for what I needed. Compared to some orders that seem to sit around for days before moving, this was hassle-free. I ordered a few items from robinsnest.com.au, and to be fair, the delivery showed up in a reasonable amount of time. The problem was when I opened everything up and noticed the order wasn’t right — one item came in the wrong color, and another small item was missing altogether.
I contacted customer service, and they did get back to me, but it took a while and I had to explain the issue more than once. From my experience, it wasn’t a total disaster, but it was still frustrating because I’d rather not spend extra time chasing up something that should’ve been correct in the first place

I had a good experience with Robins Nest. I’m always a little unsure if I’m following everything correctly with these kinds of things, but their messages were clear and they got back to me without making it confusing. I felt like I knew what was happening the whole time, which I really appreciated.

I had a look around when I was trying to find a small gift, and I did come across a few cute bits that could work. That said, it wasn’t like there were loads of options for everyone, and some items felt a little hit or miss to me. I think it’s worth browsing if you already have a good idea of the person’s style, but I definitely had to spend a bit of time looking around before finding anything that felt right.

"Really helpful staff"
I wasn’t totally sure what to order, so I asked a couple of questions and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. I tend to ignore all the extra noise and just focus on whether someone actually answers what I asked, and they did that really clearly and quickly.

There was no fuss and I didn’t feel rushed at all, which made the whole thing much easier. It felt like they genuinely cared about helping me get it right. I’d happily use Robin’s Nest again.

"Found exactly what I needed"
I was actually surprised by how much there was to look through on Robin's Nest. It wasn’t just the same handful of products you see on every other site either, which made browsing a bit more interesting.

I ended up finding what I needed quickly, and my small win was managing to grab a couple of extra things I’d been meaning to replace anyway. Easy to use, good range, and I’d happily shop there again

"Found a few nice things, but stock was hit or miss"
I found some really nice stuff while browsing, and my sister even helped me pick out a couple of things. The only downside was that a few items I wanted ended up being out of stock. The site itself was easy to use, I just wish the availability was updated a bit better.
